Meet Rob
Welcome to Conversation Aperture, I'm Rob Hershorn, an experienced educator, practitioner and leadership coach with over two decades of academic and professional experience in communication and conflict intervention and training. I've lived in high-conflict zones and understand the power of communication.
I started my consultancy in 2015 in BC, with a vision for wellbeing centred on supporting clients to optimize their ability to communicate effectively and resolve the conflicts they face. I am dedicated to providing individuals and organizations with the most impactful services, including transformative coaching, specialized communication training and mediation services. I am overjoyed when my workshop participants realize 'aha' moments, gain insight from reflecting on their experience, and build genuine connections. When we unlock our transformative conflict capacity in this way, every conversation becomes an avenue for growth and understanding.
I've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of clients across Canada, from multi-nationals and start-ups to community-based organizations, including the City of Surrey, PWBA World Conferences, and BC Housing. I'm also a trusted provider to Telus Health and Global Knowledge Training.
